KARAOKE BOX TERMS OF SERVICE.

Thank you for booking with Karaoke Box. Please note the following to avoid disappointment :

There is no entrance fee at our Smithfield and Mayfair venue. However, at our Soho venue there is one-drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) minimum per person.

When you arrive for your booking, please allow us a 5-10 minute "grace period" before entering your room so that the previous guests may leave and that we may prepare the room for the next guests.

Bookings in December ( from 1st until 31st included) are not refundable. For the months from January to November : Cancellations must take place over 48 hours before the booking with 5% admin fee will be deducted from the amount. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund only when a booking has been paid for in full; cancellations on the same day are non-refundable.

When your booking time is finished, you can extend your time at Reception.(Depending on availability). You must leave the Karaoke Room when your time is finished or you will be charged for any extended/unpaid time at reception on your leave.

NB: The booking e-mail you receive from SagePay is confirmation that your payment has been taken even if you are not returned back to the web site.
